About the PTA
We fund classroom resources, organize family events, support teachers, and build community so every student can thrive.
The Mission of the PTA is:
- To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, and community.
- To raise the standards of home life.
- To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.
- To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the education of children and youth.
Washington Elementary School PTA is:
- An organization that supports families coming together to support our children's education.
- A way for parents to get involved in the Washington community and get to know other Washington families.
- A voice for parents to make a difference in their child's school.
- An organization that values contributions of all types and sizes.
- An organization that strives to include EVERYONE!!!
