In order to best instruct students in this new learning environment, teachers will be designing lessons and activities that focus on the essential standards and content of their grade level. Remote/online learning will not allow teachers to provide the same level of robust instruction. Many learning activities will need to be adapted to work in this instructional format.
Timeframe for each content area (English Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science) have been reduced. Lessons will be designed to allow for as much independent student work as possible. We are using an “asynchronous” model which means that learning activities will be posted daily (or weekly) and families will have flexibility on when to complete them. The times below are a guideline as to the approximate time of each lesson or activity by subject area.

If students are unable to complete a learning activity, please contact the teacher for help. It will not benefit a student to continue to attempt a lesson if they are struggling.
