Message From Dr. Nelson May 3, 2020

Dear WES Families,

May this message find you and your family physically and mentally healthy.

As we continue to work together as partners to provide your children with structure, routine, predictability, and opportunities to increase their feelings of self-efficacy and empowerment even during a time of great stress, please consider spending some time looking over the Psychhub resource for families.  The videos and readable documents were created to help both adults and children deal with attaining good mental health during the time we are physically distancing.  Additionally, the site also contains a great deal of information and resources if you are struggling to maintain good mental health.

I would ask that you might also consider following me on Twitter as I provide an ongoing thread of mental health and community resources for the WES community, while also highlighting the work of our faculty, staff, and students.  You can follow me @MNelsonWESMTLSD
